Daarnaast is er een tekstveld waarin heel veel informatie opgenomen kan worden die niet in de andere velden kunnen, zoals bizonderheden over gezondheid, vakanties en kinderen. Wel zo handig en niet snel te vergeten.

Ik heb deze gemaakt om simpelweg wat te proberen. Na een lange zoektocht vond ik deze de mooiste, de eenvoudigste en het makkelijkste te configureren. Als je die mening ook hebt, tja, laat dan even een berichtje achter in het Berichtenboek. Ik krijg daar een mailtje over, dus ik kan snel reageren.
Brieven

Hoe zit dat?
Per ingevulde lijst zal het personeel van het KWC 30 eurocent doneren aan Matchis. Dat kan flink oplopen als heel veel leerlingen een lijst met hun favoriete nummers maken. Met andere woorden: steun Matchis en stem op de KWC Top 40 Aller Tijden Lijst!

Ik vond dat erg grappig om zelf te maken en ook zelf plaatjes (in de meeste gevallen animated gifs) up te loaden en vervolgens te versturen. Je kan als bezoeker ook een kaartje sturen; doe het maar eens naar jezelf....!

Kroonjaren

In kroonjaren wordt van alle parochianen berekend of ze in aanmerking komen voor een kroonjaar-kaartje. Iedereen die 40, 50, 60 of 70 jaar getrouwd is (met dezelfde persoon) krijgt van onze locatie een leuk kaartje toegestuurd. Maar ook parochianen die een bepaalde leeftijd bereiken, krijgen een kaartje. Leuk om dat te maken en om dat ook te doen. We krijgen veel positieve reacties op deze mooie kaartjes.

Leden

Deze site is opgericht voor alle ledenadministrateurs van Nederland die op zoek zijn naar een snelle en doeltreffende mogelijkheid om de leden van hun vereniging, club of organisatie te kunnen beheren met niet meer dan internet. Met deze site kan dat allemaal.

  • het beheren (wijzigen, invoeren en verwijderen) van de contactgegevens van een lid, zoals naam, adres en woonplaats. 
  • het beheren vancontributie- of bijdragegegevens. 
  • het versturen vanmailings. Lees ook deconventies die daarvoor gebruikt worden. 
  • het jaarlijks bijstellen van de contributie of bijdragegegevens voor alle leden of gesplitst naar groepen van leden. 
  • het verwerken van incasso's zodat de betalingen van individuele leden automatisch in de contributiegegevens worden verwerkt. 
  • het draaien van overzichten waaronder verjaardagslijsten
  • het indelen van de leden ingroepen. Vooral handig als u elftallen, teams, werkgroepen, bestuursleden, donateurs afzonderlijk wil administreren.

Liedjes

Alle gezangen en gebeden zijn opgenomen in deze database. Het is vrij groot geworden met al die teksten uit verschillende boeken.
De database wordt gebruikt om te raadplegen en om uit te copieren. En je kunt vanuit huis doen. Vroeger stonden alle teksten in grote verschillende word-documenten en bleef je zoeken naar een bepaalde tekst. Deze site maakt dit allemaal wat makkelijker. En het wordt veel gebruikt.

MiniBlog

Iedereen blogt en spuit de wereld in wat hij of zij belangrijk vindt. Dat doe ik dus niet. Ik hoop dat ik de enige professioneel ben die niet blogt of vlogt. Daarom is deze blog, hoewel in zijn eenvoud erg aantrekkelijk NIET gevuld met allerlei hele en halve waarheden. Wie zit nu te wachten op alweer een mening...?
Niemand en daar hoor ik ook onder.

Notities

Op deze site staan allerlei notities van Kees en Agaath. Vooral bedoeld om kleine belangrijke zaken niet kwijt te raken; zoals:

  • een telefoonboekje
  • linkjes naar handige sites die je maar af en toe nodig hebt

En natuurlijk beveiligt met een paswoord.
Openbare Agenda

Op deze site kunnen parochianen van de GG OLV ten Hemelopneming in Houten de ingeplande vergaderingen en kerkvieringen zien. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om een besprekingskamer of de kerk of het parochiezaaltje te reserveren. Dat gebeurt via een mailtje aan het secretariaat.

PWS

Wie is er niet mee bezig geweest; het Profiel Werk Stuk (PWS). Natuurlijk beginnen de meeste leerlingen te laat aan dit werkstuk met het gevolg dat het afgeraffeld moet worden om de deadline te halen.


Deze school legde 50% van het werk op het managen van het werkstuk; daarvoor moesten de leerlingen zelf in de projectleiders rol gaan zitten. Om dit te monitoren waren er punten te verdienen voor ieder gesprekje met de begeleider en waren op gezette tijden halffabrikaten nodig om de begeleider te overtuigen van een goede voortgang. Toendertijd was dat allemaal moeilijk in te regelen in Magister, vandaar dat dit tooltje ontstond.

Quiz

Er zijn niet zoveel in php geschreven quiz-en die je aan leerlingen kunt geven. De meesten zijn op java gebaseerd maar deze is een uitzondering. Zonder veel problemen bleek deze quiz te installeren en ik heb de quiz al vele keren gebruikt. Iemand geïnteresseerd dan op zoek gaan naar Eels quiz.

TodO

Deze site is opgericht voor iedereen die op systematische wijze met anderen wil samenwerken in kleine en grote projecten, programma's of acties. Daarvoor is het duidelijk beschrijven en registreren van acties en het opvolgen daarvan noodzakelijk. Met deze site kan dat allemaal met niet meer dan een browser. Deze site biedt de volgende mogelijkheden:

  • het beheren van actie- of onderwerplijsten van een project.
  • het beheren van reacties op onderwerpen.
  • het registreren van de voortgang van onderwerpen.
  • het bewaren van het historisch verloop van een onderwerp.
  • het zoeken in de actielijsten.
  • het toevoegen of verwijderen van projectgroepleden.
  • het uitnodigen van nieuwe projectgroepleden in een bijdrage aan een onderwerp.
  • statistische gegevens over de voortgang van het project op basis van de voortgang van de onderwerpen.

TodoList

A todolist or task overview should be the first to provide quick insight into who is doing what and when it should be ready. In many cases, those involved know what it is about and not much additional information is needed to eliminate the action item. It simply has to be done. This yields the following specifications:
an overview of tasks, todo's or topics
- be able to see who is doing a topic
- when it is finished
- what the status is
Actually that is all and this can easily be kept in a word document. And that's exactly what happens. The action points are included as an appendix to the minutes, containing the latest agreements, insights and priorities. They will be discussed again at the next meeting. This is how it happens with us and with many other working groups.
If this works to your full satisfaction, then you should definitely continue with it. But if it gets a bit bigger and the developments within an action point move quickly, there is a need to communicate more quickly about the progress of the action points. It is also possible that other working group members come up with ideas and want to add comments or remarks. "I happened to hear that the school is also working on this subject and is looking for cooperation in the layout and distribution of the folders. Is it something to make contact with them? I hear you." For example, we heard from one of the team members via an email sent to 9 people. Only one team member was not included in the email and that was exactly the team member who should have read the email. Therefore, it would be good if a to-do list:
- is online and everyone can access it
- team members can leave their comments
- a history of the developments within action points is visible. Very useful if someone else is going to take over the action item (or has to take over because a team member is too busy with other topics, or has become ill) and wants to read in and be informed about what has already been done for this action item.
VIOM

'Je hoeft niet ziek te zijn om beter te worden.'
Deze uitspraak geeft aan hoe VioM denkt over de inzet van Video Interactie Begeleiding. Iedereen leert ervan!
VioM begeleidt mensen van elk onderwijsniveau, uit het bedrijfsleven, van instellingen en verenigingen. Vragen die we zoal krijgen: 
  • hoe krijg en houd ik aandacht van deze leerlingen?
  • hoe zorg ik voor meer interactie in de groep studenten?
  • wat roep ik op bij die ene student?
  • wat kan ik doen om minder onzeker over te komen?
  • lokt mijn taalgebruik discussie uit waardoor onrust ontstaat tijdens de vergadering?
  • hoe pas ik oplossingsgericht werken toe in een sociale vaardigheidstraining?
  • hoe kan ik confronteren en toch in contact blijven?

Verjaardagen

Alle vrijwilligers gesorteerd op hun verjaardagsdatum inclusief een etiketten overzicht. Per jaar worden circa 380 kaarten verstuurd als blijk van waardering voor het vele werk dat onze vrijwilligers verzetten.

Vrijwilligers

Voor de locatie Houten van de parochie PJ23 zijn alle vrijwilligers in een tabel opgenomen om sneller te kunnen zoeken naar telefoonnummers, adressen en emailadressen.

De gegevens zijn afkomstig van een interface met DocBase.

Zoek ING

Met deze site kan je zoeken in alle ING- en SNS-rekeningen van Kees en Agaath Dekker. Allereerst wordt een csv bestand ingelezen met de meest recente tijdstempel en worden alle andere csv bestanden verwijderd.

Bij het zoeken wordt gezocht in alle volgende rubrieken tegelijkertijd

  • Naam en\of omschrijving
  • Rekeningnummer
  • Tegenrekeningnummer
  • Mededelingen
  • Bedrag
Dat wil zeggen, dat als een te zoeken woord bijvoorbeeld voorkomt in Naam of Mededelingen, dit woord gevonden wordt.
Bij de opmaak van de rubriek Mededelingen worden redundanties weggehaald:
  • Als de naam ook in de mededelingen voorkomt, wordt deze weggelaten uit de rubriek Mededelingen
  • Als het rekeningnummer ook in de mededelingen voorkomt, wordt deze weggelaten uit de rubriek Mededelingen
  • Valutadatum en Datum\Tijd zijn ook weggehaald. Meestal is de tijd van geen belang en de valutadatum is bijna altijd gelijk aan de transactiedatum
De bestanden worden periodiek ververst.
